The Design Process

o Stage 1 The Design Brief

This is the most important stage in the process. To say “We need to make a formula one racing car” is not enough. Although it states a problem it is not enough to start designing.

It is important to have a good brief to work from as this allows our designers to understand you and more importantly your idea. We after all are not mind readers! You should put down on paper as much information as you can about your idea, include sketches, colours and other designs you may like.

o Stage 2 Initial Designs

Depending on your choice of design package and budget, your chosen number of initial concepts will be drawn up at this stage and sent to you via PDF. You can take as long as you like to analyse and feedback on this first stage, against each design some comments will be made by the designer. This stage will be 3 – 4 working days from receipt of design brief and payment.

o Stage 3 Feedback

It is important to take your time to carefully look through the designs! When you send your feedback back to us our designers will revise the initial designs according to your instructions and possibly offer more alternatives.

o Stage 4 Amendments

This stage will take less time the better the feedback from Stage 3. In all packages we put a limit on the number of amendments. It will be clearly indicated in your package or quote the number of amendments allowed at this stage.

o Stage 5 Final Proof & Supply

This final stage is for you to sign off the finished work. It is important at this stage if proofing business stationery please check phone numbers, emails and other crucial information carefully. When you are totally happy (which we guarantee you will be) we will supply you with a print ready PDF.
