Wrapide is our nationwide delivery service in partnership with UPS distributed from our Arrow distribution centre.

After an investment of £20 million Arrow holds on average £16 million worth of product inside a 11 million cubic feet warehouse which was purpose built from the ground up.

UPS, our approved couriers are based in the building and our systems are integrated, this enables us to seamlessly track the whole process from order to delivery.

This is achieved by a combination of processes and state of the art technology, a Pick to Light system on the Mezzanine Floor, scanning (all items are barcoded), and a Weight Checker set at a 3% Tolerance Level. These three systems together ensure that the success rate is kept at this incredible figure.

The statistics speak for themselves with a fill success rate of 99.7%, This is using a heavy to light system (heavy items are put in first and lighter items on top). Each delivery is packed into reinforced boxes,  these are then seal glued, clearly labelled and are completely tamperproof.

The building has been built to strict environmental standards, Installed in the main warehouse are Light Sensors that automatically dim the lights when the warehouse is bright and visa versa, and throughout the building are motion sensored lights.

During the construction process an endangered species of newt was found to be on the site, this delayed the construction by three months. All the newts were happily rehomed and construction could continue.
