How do i place an order with you ?

The most efficient way to place your order with us is via our Print Shop. This will give an instant price and you can send us your artwork via our fast, secure, artwork upload as well as ensuring that your delivery and invoice addresses are correct. We are happy to process your order via email please send your order requirements to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . There is a £4.50 administration fee for orders placed offline, this charge does not apply to Bespoke Quotes.

 

What format should my artwork be in?

We require your file to be a Print Ready PDF prepared at press quality with crops marks & 3mm bleed. If you require help preparing your file in this format please contact us.

 

What is a Pre-Print Check?

We offer an optional chargeable service for checking your PDF file supplied prior to print, on more complicated products e.g. envelopes this charge is compulsory. During our preprint check we undertake a number of checks which include

When will i recieve delivery of my order?

All turnaround times are shown on all our products are subject to your file being supplied as per our artwork guidelines and dependent on which Turnaround option you have selected.

 

What is your DOUBLE DESPATCH GUARANTEE?

After we have recieved your order we will confirm in writing a confirmed GUARANTEED date when we will despatch your order.
